I read your message. I have an extremely burden to carry. Husband died in 2000 and only daughter 6 years later (Air Force). I have used the entire regiment of antipressants but have sadly to admit, there is no pill that had worked; I try right now Welbutrin, but feel as sad and super depressed as always. But that does not mean, Lucy, that it might work with other pople. Personally, I found out that some hours/days volunteer work helps me better than a pill. But right now I don't have a volunteer job and my anxiety and depression is out of control. There are days, I don't dare to drive for anxiety. But that all happened after I have lost my loved ones. I do not know your status (married, single, divorced???) and if you are alone, that might be the reason. I cannot stand loneliness and to do all things alone. I am German and all the mails, bills, etc is difficult to understand. But for me the "best medicine" is some mental distraction. Do you have any close friends whom you trust and who is there for you? Because I had always volunteered, I never made friends and sit here all alone. The few I had, we never "clicked" and so I preferred rather being alone as with a person you have nothing in common. I hope that you have honest and decent friends or family....
