I guess you are logging in, going to Profile in the upper right.
Then on the next page going to My Profile,Then to My Photos, then clicking on, Add Photos. The screen which opens should allow you to browse to a photo on your computer, select it, and then click on, Upload Photo...
Doesn't that work? Looks like your cat made it.
