Q: Can Seroquel in high dosages cause white blood cell count to drop?

My mother has been taking Seroquel for several years. She has been in the hospital on two different occasions for weakness, drop in blood pressure (she takes medicine for high blood pressure) shortness of breath and dizziness. Her white blood cell count would always be very low when tested . She has had many tests run to find what is wrong but everything always comes back normal. She is on a very high dosage of Seroquel. I was wondering if this could be one of her problems. Both times that she was in the hospital, she was not given the Seroquel. One doctor made the comment that she was taking enough "to kill a horse". He decreased her dosage and she was fine for a while. She is now on the same dosage as before (from a different doctor) and her symptoms have returned.
