As far as I'm aware, there is no dose available in 20/325. The highest dose that I know of for the combined oxycodone/tylenol is 10/650. It is good that you are aware of the limitations of Tylenol dosing - the maximum daily dose is 4000 mg, or 4 grams. There are other treatment options available for chronic pain - ask your doctor about the other options, and consider seeing a pain specialist to receive more direct attention for your pain.   Best of luck, Casey
