Hi Theresa I wish I could tell you what they are but I fear you are going to have to see your doctor or even your dermatologist about this. Do you feel that they were any sort of pimple...something like that? I would definitely say to stop picking at them as it won't help them to heal...and you don't know what they are. Please do see a doctor and soon!
