Q: my doctor recently told me i was vitamin d deficient and prescribed me huge dose taken once a week. I have panic disorder and agoraphobia. Do you think taking the vitamin d will help

Hi, there.  I don't know for sure if it will help your symptoms, but Vitamin D deficiency can make depression worse.  I don't think it can do any harm, anyway.  Time will tell.  Thanks for your question, sorry I don't have a more definitive answer for you.

thank u. im also on klonopin 1mg 3xs a day, trileptal and seroquel 50 mg, 4xs a day and none of this seems to work.  does vitamin d interact with any of these drugs?

Hi, there.  I don't know about that.  Is your doctor who prescribed the Vitamin D the one who prescribes your other drugs?  If not, he/she should know everything you're taking.  You could ask a pharmacist about this, but I really doubt that it would be a problem.
