yesterday suddenly i started feeling drowsiness, like i am drunk or something, when i turn my head i got dizzy and overall feeling is not pleasant, what could be causing it ?

This is something only a doctor can answer so please call for an appointment right away or a First Care Center - they have small ones in drug stores now but hospitals with them are fully equipped (if you're in the US). Don't just put up with symptoms like that.
Since you're writing here - are you taking antidepressants or withdrawing from one? If you're on one now, report that to the doctor because it's a serious side effect telling you it's the wrong drug. I've had symptoms of this sort when withdrawing from medications too. Whatever the situation, please get some medical help.

I will visit my doctor in the morning, As of your question if i was on some medication i can tell you i was not.
Only thing i did yesterday, i took Ibuprofen pill to suppress back pain, 2 hours after i took it i had small dose of alcohol beverage and 20 minutes after that it started to happen.
I have read that Ibuprofen can cause similar effect, however i have no idea how long effect can persist ?
