UndecidedHey fifi!

As an ex-psych nurse & also suffering from Major Depressive Disorder AND AODA abuser.......ALL anti-depressants aim for the CNS.  No alcohol consumption is "ok" b/c it can build in your body's system It can become a somewhat lethal combo of "suicidal ideation" & a "depressive episode".

A casual ONE glass of wine is an antioxidant (red wine) and can be considered "ok" BUT if you are actively suffering from depression or even "the blues"---then alcohol compounds the negative side effects.

Alcohol doesn't really do anyone w/ a mental disorder any good....listen to your body & PAY ATTENTION.  Zoloft causes hypotention, so when you stand, you might faint w/ alcoholic beverages.
