Problem downloading my photo. Is it possible to download a photo and will it have to be checked first before you put it on as I am trying to download one and keep getting a cross in the box. Dont know what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Fifi and wanted to say "Welcome!" first off. I see you have been helping other members by answering questions and giving support and that is absolutely wonderful to see.
Okay...photos. It is definitely not you. We seem to have consistent problems with sharing images. I will talk to my producer about this. What I think the problem is usually is the image might be too big. And too...it seems finicky...sometimes a photo will go up just fine and sometimes you have to keep trying with the same image multiple times. I sometimes decrease the size of my photos like...on photobucket and then save them as smaller and then try.
Anyways...I will let my producer know about this issue and we will try to resolve this!

Thanks. It did come up earlier and then it disappeared again. A bit like my moods really. Anyway will try again. I think it's much nicer when people can see who they are speaking to.
