which of these nerve pills is the mildest to take? ativan 2mg or xanax .5 mg ? I have a extreme fear of pills and any side effects that could come from them so there for i am even scared to take my anxiety pills. I was prescribed both ativan 2mg and xanax .5 mg which of these has the mildest effects and is safe to use...I get frequent anxiety that last sometimes all day and night and i am scared of leaving my house due to these.. it feels like i am dying when it happens and it scares me very much...which is safe to take at the mildest effect to start with please help me my life is getting out of control and i am unable to do anything with my children that i have due to my fears......
