Does Prestiq cause increase in urge and frequency of urination

I just recently started Prestiq, about 1 week. I also found that I now have increased urgency and frequency of urination. I also have abdominal discomfort when taking the medicine. I am a nurse, and checked-I do not have a urine infection. I stopped the medicine for 2 days, and then just took it again today. On the days I didn't take the medicine-I didn't have the urination problem. Today, again, I have the urination problem. I'm 43, have never had this issue. Could it be the Prestiq? Have you heard of this before? Thank you
