I have been taking Restoril for about a month and took Vicodin for about the same time. It has been 11 days since the last Vicodin, but only two days since the Restoril was stopped. I have a drug screening for a new job coming up next week or so...is that enough time for the medications to get out of my system and pass the test OK?

I guess the first question is...are you taking these meds because you have been prescribed them?
If they are prescribed to you by a doctor and you have a medical reason for taking them...then you may have some protection. But if not...then it is up to the potential employer as to what action to take.
