Hi Hollie

Can you tell me why you are not able to see a doctor?  Is it money or you can't leave your kids?

Do you have any supports at all?  Any friends or family?

I am going to give you some information about who can help you okay?

There are free medical and mental health clinics you can go to.  Here is one link to finding one.

And likewise here is a second link called  Find a Health Center

If things are really bad and you just need to talk to someone immediately...you can call one of the suicide hotlines:

1-800-273-TALK (8255)

  1800-784-2433

  1800-799-4889

Please do let me know how this works out.  There is help for you...we just need to get you connected to someone.

Hang in there Hollie.

CHeck into your local mental health dept. They usually have programs for low income families like mine.

If at some point you need a prescription most major pharmaceuticals will help out. I got tons of stuff for free.

You can't kick this alone. It's vital that you seek professional help. If it's a case of insurance, go to a website that will help with different types of insurance plans that meet your financial situation.  The site is: PPARx.org

Although I am divorced, my ex husband is an officer in the USMC & I am still covered by the military insurance due to the length of our marriage & various other categories that I am fortunate enough to fall under.  The doctor I see, who I have been seeing for 7 years, is absolutely wonderful.  I have no co-payment at all to see her & my prescription co-pay is only $3.00.  I know that many pharmacies have great prescription plans so please, I really do encourage you to seek help.  Hopefully the advice regarding the insurance & prescription plans will assist financially. You feel you have nobody to help you but we are all here to help & you will get help from a professional but you must go after it. I never feel like doing anything but I always make the effort to go and see my doctor. It's a struggle to push myself even to do that but I have no family in this country as I am from overseas & my doctor is the only one I can really go to & tell her everything & never feel judged.

I want that for you too.

Please do this for you and your family.

I have hope for you.

Yours, Lee
