I am currently taking Pristiq 50mg for Depression which seems to be working well. But it does not seem to control my anxiety completely.I am thinking about talking with my doctor to see if there is additional medication to take for my anxiety. What possible anxiety meds would you recomend to complement the Pristiq 50mg.

PRISTIQ belongs to a class of medications called serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). It comes after cymbalta because cymbalta seemed to do so well with anxiety.

This page has lots of info about GAD medications:

There are many different drugs prescribed for anxiety. You really cant go by a recomendation because these meds work differently on each person. So you just have to talk to your doctor about it and work with what your comfortable with.
