Getting out of bed can be very tough. I know that if I make those first steps to start the day, my mood and depression gradually improve. So I make a huge effort to make those crucial initial steps    1) Remove my bed covers 2) Put my feet on the floor 3) Get in to the shower 4) Shave and brush my teeth 5) Pour myself a cup of coffee and slowly but surely things get better so I can start my day.
