Hi I too had bad morning depression. I walked 2 miles every morning. It didn't hurt, but didn't really help me. My new doctor said it didn't matter wether I took my meds at a different time of the day or increased my dosage. I fired that doctor and my next doctor gave me a prescription to take before bed time. The next morning after starting the bed time dose, I awoke feeling great! I'm glad I went for another opinion and didn't settle for one doctor opinion. I realize not everybody will have the same results, but wanted to share my story. I'm on Effexor XR. I take 150mg at 7 am and 75mg at bedtime. I've never felt better and so much more even. Celexa was the last anti-depressant I was on for 7 years. I know now that it never made me feel even and calm. Take care. Hope you find the answer for you. Jim
