Q: i find it had to open up to even my closest friends about how i feel

i know that talking over my problems help me but i find it so hard to talk to people even the people i love and trust im worried that they will judge me on what im saying or be shocked at what i have to say do you have any advice that would help me to talk to people about my feelings. I know that i need to relax and feel comfortable with that person to talk to them but i find it had to relax most of the time and dont feel comfortable with sharing my inner most feelings when im nervous.

If they are really your friends they will not judge. I to have problems trusting people. You will truly be surprised when they do support and not be shocked by what you have to say. It is not easy take baby steps. You have to let the real you out it takes a lot more energy to hide behind your mask. Hope this will helps.
