Q: i cant stop shaking or crying my neck is stiff and i been throwing up i have no insurance where can i get help in miami beach florida

Oh, my - I hope by now you've tried going to an emergency room. I don't know how things are set up in your area, but I think they have to treat you in an emergency. Your county should also be able to tell you where you can get help. I hope you are soon feeling better - let us know how you're doing.

yes my neighbor took me to emergency room, i was given paxil and xanax which I am scared to take but how else can i get better
