Dysthymia is what I actually suffer from but it has been referred to Clinical Depression on my insurance stuff probably because it's easier to remember.  How do insurance companies differentiate on various facets of the disease depression so as not to descriminate against those who are not truly suicidal?  Once marked how do you undue the damage done?
