I'm curious as to just what you mean by this question.  Are you trying to find out if whether or not a person seeks mental health treatment is related to race?  Do you have a theory about this?

I don't have a theory about it or anything. I'm really just asking, if you're a white person, would you prefer that the person you are receiving treatment from is white? Does it matter? Did race ever cross your mind when you first decided to seek treatment for your mental illness?

Oh, now I understand what you're asking.  I guess I didn't give it much thought, but I could see where a person might be more comfortable with a therapist of the same race.  For me, gender and age was more of a concern.
