Why do all antideoressants cause weight gain and and what can be dine about it/

Not all antidepressants cause weight gain, fortunately, and the question as to which do is actually fairly complicated, since none cause weight gain in everyone. Our chemical makeups are so unique that it's hard to come up with an absolute for any medication as far as side effects.
