Is there an natural way that I could get pragnant? I have to take pills to get my piriod

I have been trying to have a baby for over a year but I am unsuccessfull.  I had problem with my thyroid but now is under control and still nothing.  What can be done or what can I do?  Please help.

This quesstion needs to be answered in person by a physician who can take a detailed medical history, do a complete examination, and perhaps do some testing. Look for an OB/GYN who has experence with women with similar problems.
