Hello, Violetblue.  I don't think this necessarily means you're bipolar, but I think you do need to see a doctor and find out what's going on.  It could even be connected to your migraines, or it could be a form of depression.  Missing your family evidently triggered something in you - what were you thinking about as you continued to get more and more angry?  If you feel like this is out of control, it's time to get a diagnosis from a professional because there is help out there.  Hope you will soon feel better and find out what's causing such strong feelings.  Write here any time, but it's also best to see a doctor.
