Q: I feel that I definitely suffer from morning depression. I have no problem waking up. It's actually getting the motivation to just take a shower, get ready, and go. Is that a symptom?

I know I'm depressed and feel anxiety along with the restless leg syndrom. I just have no motivation. For many years I thought I was just lazy but I want to work and be there on time. I just don't know what to do. I've changed anti-depressants 5 times over the past 12 months.  My problems started when I stopped taking Ambien cold turkey.  One more thing.  If I stay up all night I am up and at 'em in the morning.  If I sleep, it's 5:00 or after before I get started.
