Luvox and Wellbutrin did wonders for me.  Unfortunately, I also ended up on a medical floor with Serotonin Syndrome.  I don't nthink they are supposed to be taken together.  Most doctors ignore this.  I am bummed because it's been the only thing that has helped me (except it made me very sick) and I've tried everything for over 25 years.  Be careful.  If your limbs start twitching, tell the doctor immediately.  And read up on Serotonin Syndrom so you know if your fever is just a fever, or if it is connected to other odd, but that become extreme, symptoms.  Good luck.
