These are some sites you can check.Kind of copied it off other posts here.
Support groups exist in many communities to help you get through a bad time. Try these organizations:
- NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)
- DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance)
- Befrienders Worldwide
- PsychCentral Support Groups
Also there is a site called meetup.com where you can search for all kinds of groups and interests in your area. The community leader here, Merely Me, has recommended it before, as well as those above.
