I'm not a medical professional, but from what I've read St John's Wort is the only herb supplement that interacts with Lexapro. Relora is a stress (hence, in theory, weight) control remedy that contains a combination of plant extracts that is under patent and thus a trade secret. The company making it identifies two plants which it says are used in Chinese medicine, but it's impossible to tell how much of these is in the Relora formula or what else those two extracts might be mixed with. So it's also impossible to say for sure how this would interact with any other drug or whether it's a good thing to take with an antidepressant.

There isn't any evidence of effectiveness that would meet medical research tests so you can't find answers there either.

I'd talk to your doctor about what you should do.
