question about post voiding residue

my mum is getting urine infection and doctor is saying the post void residue and one year past she is on antibiotics continously all the test are been done twice cystoscopy is done and still the pus cells in the urine eveyday burning and ofter passing out urine.what way will she can be helped out i…
