It's not a common side effect, but I have seen anecdotal evidence online that it can cause a rash. Also there is this information from the leaflet:   Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: skin rash or hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.   To be fair, I have seen that warning on many, many medications. However, I would recommend contacting your doctor.
