I've been on 150mg of Venlafaxine for ages 12 days ago was prescribed 75mg on top

150mg for a lengthly amount of time, and now my Doctor has upped it another 75mg. Is it usual to feel worse at first and then get used to the increased dose? Also, my headaches are a lot more intense, is this normal?
