i take metoprolol and have been on celexa for a little over a month--

i have noticed thightness in my upper chest as well as shortness of breathe and headaches. please advise if these are side effects of the drugs and if i need to get off the celexa.

However, the symptoms that you described may be signs of high blood pressure or other heart problems. I would recommend speaking with your doctor about what you've been experiencing.
