Q: i have no financial resources for obtaining treatment for depression. where can i go for help

Hi, Cathy.  You'll be glad to know that there are some things you can do and this link will take you to an article by Merely Me about how to get help when you have no insurance and no money.

Another resource that you may want to try is your local Dept. of Social Services.  Check with them, do not go on Mondays or Fridays those are usually their busiest days.  They will probably give you are referral to Mental Health.  Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds, best of luck and I hope this helps.
