Darren, I agree with CARP. You need to seek help where ever you can and with whatever means you have. Therapy is great and can help, however meds may get your brain to where you can help yourself during therapy. You don't have to feel so raw all of the time. People want you to help yourself. We all care about you because we know how it feels when you feel like you can't care.

I dont get what answer im supposed to give. I'm writing in for myself i have been depresed for a long time now and its getting worse everyday.I'm thinking about suicide alot more.If it wasnt for my belief in god i would be long gone thats for sure . I want to be happy truly happy but i cant ********** do it please help me!!!!!!!!
