Darren, first of all, a big hug to you!! I hope you know that there are many people out there suffering like you. I read the message boards to try to get information, and I always find that I feel a little bit better just be seeing I am not alone. You are not alone, dear Darren.  I don't have much information from your post, so I am assuming you have not seen a doctor yet. Please find someone TODAY.  You can look in the phone book, you can call your local hospital and ask for a referral. DO you have health insurance? Then start with them to get names of doctors that are covered by your plan.  If this seems like too much to handle right now, go to a walk in clinic, or the emergency room of a hospital and tell them what you are feeling. Do you have an EAP (employee assistance program) at your job. YOu can call the human resources dept to find out.   Oh, Darren, I am praying for you.  Hang in there because you really can get through this. If you are good at internet searching, you can search for doctors by zip code. You may not click with the first doctor, but it will be a big first step.   Please let us know how you are doing.
