If I miss one day of medication (cymbalta) I get the feeling of being on the outside looking in

When I get this feeling Its like Im watching myself watching others like im standing outside a window looking in on life but Im not part of it. Disorintated and forgetfulness seem to be part of it
my question is what could be causeing this?

it is hard to say -- as many folks have unique reactions to meds and if they miss even a day. That you mention "disoriented" particularly struck me -- I'm not a doctor, but I've not heard my friends describe that as much. Probably worth putting in a quick call to your doctor and letting them know!
