If I miss one day of medication (cymbalta) I get the feeling of being on the outside looking in

When I get this feeling Its like Im watching myself watching others like im standing outside a window looking in on life but Im not part of it. Disorintated and forgetfulness seem to be part of it my question is what could be causeing this?
