Has prestiq been linked to coronary thrombosis

I have a friend whose husband was on Prestiq and cholesterol medications...His chol level, triglyceride levels were great, ratio great...great shape physically...he died of a coronary thrombosis (sudden death). Any info in literature regarding this med.
