So are you pretty much maintaining your weight that you gained from taking your antidepressants or have you continued to gain?
Have you talked to your doctor for his or her recommendation or to ask why this is happening?
I am not a doctor but I am just guessing that your metabolism may be off kilter still. Are you doing any sort of diet or exercise? Health Central has a site specifically for this topic which you can find here.
I also just wrote a series about antidepressants and weight gain that you might want to check out here although it might not address your concerns directly...there are a lot of commenters who share their experiences. Perhaps you can get more answers from the people who have congregated to my post.
