wat do i do 2 reduce constant anxiety other than taking medication

Let me list a few possibile options for you...

  • Meditation
  • Visualization: visualize yourself in your favorite calm, relaxing place
  • Aromatherapy: Try neroli, frankincense, chamomile, lavender, orange, or patchouli oil in an infuser. (For more on aromatherapy, see I'm having a Bad Depression Day...)
  • Prayer, if you believe in a god or higher power
  • Counseling or therapy

thanks teri i am just getting started on meditation and visualization i love aromatherapy i am renewing my faith and doing counselling i hope these work 2 and wish u well penny
