Let me list a few possibile options for you...
- Meditation
- Visualization: visualize yourself in your favorite calm, relaxing place
- Aromatherapy: Try neroli, frankincense, chamomile, lavender, orange, or patchouli oil in an infuser. (For more on aromatherapy, see I'm having a Bad Depression Day...)
- Prayer, if you believe in a god or higher power
- Counseling or therapy
