How much zoloft 100 mg would equal the same effect of 150 mg of effexor xr?

I currently take 150 mg of effexor xr 2x a day. I cannot afford to pay for my prescriptions even though I have insurance. If I stop taking my meds, I become extremely violent. I used to take zoloft and I know that you're not supposed to take other people's meds but, I feel I have no other choices...
