I,m just on my second week of taking paxil, so far noting no difference. Im on 20mg and am down to 75mg on effexer xr. My anxiety gets quite strong quite quickly and has made not possible at the momment. My question is how long does it take to work and would 60mg as to 40mg be more appropiate....
