Hi there   It seems there are quite a few members on our site who take Prestiq now.  I wish more folk would chime in about their experience with this medication.   My first suggestion is to talk to your doctor about these possible side effects to see what can be done.   In the meantime here is the official Prestiq site to read.   And here is information about side effects.  It seems dry mouth, dizziness, and nausea are the most common side effects.    I have never taken Prestiq but the issues you describe seem common as a side effect for a lot of antidepressants.  Personally, Prozac made me feel this way.  I was neither happy nor sad...I was just...there.    Like I said before, this is probably something best discussed with your doctor to see what options you have.   Thank you for your question.
