Q: I am on Effexor-ER(225mg). I take all 3 at night. Should I take 1 3x/day instead?
Effexor XR was developed for once-a-day dosing, but some doctors prefer to split it once you reach a certain dose. I take 300 mg of Effexor XR all in one dose, but you should really check with your doctor to see how he wants you to take it.
