Q: how long should one wait after taking oxycontin before taking xanax

Hi, John. This is a question you should probably ask of a pharmacist or your doctor, but offhand, I'd say it shouldn't be too long of a wait once the oxycontin is out of your system. So, if you were normally taking it every four hours, I would think that at least by the next day you should't have a problem with the Xanax, but I'd check with the pharmacist just to make sure.
