Hey Lara

This is a lot for you to handle at such a young age.  I applaud you for wanting to do well in school.  So is the issue right now one of concentration and attention or are you just not able to process what you are reading?

Is there any way that you could enlist the help of family or friends or even a tutor?  Maybe someone could read to you and help you to take notes.

As a last resort, is it possible to talk to any of your teachers to try to get some extra assistance with your school work?

If you are having trouble reading then would it be possible to hear some of the lecture on audio or have someone tape record some of your reading passages for you?

Hopefully your medication will kick in soon and you will be able to concentrate.

I wish you the best of luck.  Please do come back to let us know how you are doing.
