Thankyou for your e mail regarding 15mgs of Cipralex, I am also on 20mgs of Valium, which have been on for over 30 years, also on Propranalol 80mgs  SR  twice a day and a 100mcg of Throid. I am under a hospital and they will not change the tablets in any way, I am told that I have had this anxiety far too long, and it has become part of me, I am very depressed, and was with a doctor who threw a drugs book at me, and told me to choose my own drug, so I changed my doctor and was put on the Cipralex. with my other tablets. I am too afraid to change the pills because of the side effects of withdrawal.  I am a very lonely person, and have more or less lived in fear all my life since a child, I am now a senior citizen.  So The medical people I see just will not change any pill, but tell me to up them, but I feel doped every morning after taking the tablets. I asked if I could take the Cipralex at night, but they both refused, they said I would not sleep,or have bad dreams. Can you please help me.  I am sick of crying. My husband also has Altizimers, I seem better when I have people to talk to i.e. a woman friend but where I live they all work. I seem to live in the past and am so afraid of the future.
