he dosent take medication regularly

my partner is on lexapro and only takes them every 3 nights.sometimes he dosent take them for a week because he forgets. he runs his own small buisness and i know this can be stresfull. but he causes arguments with me over silly things like if he cant find something. is this because he isnt taken...
