Hello,
Please check out our section about support groups HERE. In particular, check the third link there to the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. There's information on that site to help you find local support groups.
Also, check the NAMI site at www.NAMI.org. They also keep listings to help people find local support groups.
Hope this helps,
Teri

Hi Teri, thanks for sharing this information. However, I'm experiencing an issue when I click on the first link...it's not taking me to the page you intended, it brings me right back to this page - I never leave this page, it just reloads. Would you mind sending me the web-address?
Do you still suffer from depression or biopolar? There was a time, not so long ago, when I was facing depression. I've since been able to stop taking meds for depression, and am glad I've got my life back. It was a hard road for the entire family.
I hope you're well and let me extend a personal invitation to call me anytime you need to talk, I'm a great listener.
Best wishes
Erika
Thank you
