Hi DDS, I know you are seeking answer. I do not have it, but I am writing this message to let you know I have the same questions. I've been on Paxil for about 15 mths due to postpartum depression with anxiety (20 mig). Apart from commonly described sideeffects like sleepyness, dizziness, or decreased libido, recently I started experiencing seriouse short term memory problems. I misplace things, do not remember names, have difficulty calculating in mind (which has never been a problem before - i am a math teacher), do  not remeber tasks for the day, and do not remember most recent activities I did. Could it be ALZ? My grandmother had ALZ. The only thing is that this started happening suddenly and alsways comes with increased drawziness. I will be seeing a doctor soon. E.
