Hi there

Well I am neither a doctor nor a homeopathic expert...but I can tell you about my personal experience and what is in my kitchen cupboard.  I do believe that things like fish oil supplements and vitamin B-12 with folate can help with mood.  Know that even if you do take supplements...it is good to discuss these with your doctor because even supplements can cause interactions with other medications.

Let us know if any supplements end up helping you.  We are interested in your experience!
